I've been there twice, and it's a beautiful city. I can't comment on the sexual side of Prague though. IMO, Stockholm has the hottest women - bar none. Prague, Barcelona, Rome, take runner up. Cologne, Germany was the worst by far. Cologne is one of the most livable cities in Europe, very nice, and somewhere you could see yourself 'crossing the pond' for, but the girls were lacking when I was there (three times).
Back to Prague...google Prague bitches (made that up, but the women there are fine) and I'm sure you will find what you're looking for....other than that, have some goulash, check out the ridiculous architecture and enjoy.
