Unless they are topless, it is hard to tell. You can make some amazing cleavage with the right clothes/bra combination out of not very amazing breasts.

before - I love big breasts, so I prefer her figure after. But her face looks SO great in the before shot. Probably just more innocent. Less tough.

Bonita Saint in the before pic is way more attractive, and I love silicone.
That's a really ugly boob job that she's sportin' in the after shot.
Why do some girls get great looking tits, while others look like that, or worse? It can't be a $ thing. You would think they would just hold out getting a boob job until they could afford to do it right.
Gotta be the surgeon.

good thread :thumbsup: some tits are nicer with silicone than without. I was thinking also of Michelle Thorne and probably Cathy Barry who also have implants.

How can anyone look at that top picture (I think in the second pic from the top she had gained a little weight) of Brooke Richards and not say she was one of the most perfect looking women (at her best - in that layout) ever in Playboy?

Does it matter? Not at all. But every time I look at that pic I....I....I'll be back in a few minutes.
