50/50 for me. I'm more about shape than size. Sometimes an implant can take a saggy pancake boob and make it gorgeous. Other times it just over-inflates an already perfectly perky B-cup into a synthetic nightmare. Depends on the girl.

In Naughty Allie's case, I think it was a good move. They weren't awful before, but they're smokin' now.

I would most likely have to agree with you but there are implants I like that are done well and stay within reason and kept within proportion of the girls body shape. But most implants are way overdone and look horrible.
