I always found Sunrise Adams' pre-surgery breasts odd. They looked so tiny and unattractive in photos, and yet perfectly proportioned and gorgeous on video. Personally, I think she jumped way too big with this surgery. Just filling out what she had into a nice shape would have been really attractive. She's at least a full cup size larger than I would prefer... but, of course, still smokin hot.
