It's not murder, in the US, it's killing. Laws come and go and are made and dropped at humans' convenience, though. Most abortionists are against death penalty and would like to change the related law in those states/countries where it is legal, but then they justify their killing babies with "it's the law" and they dare you to try and change it. What does it have to do with sperm? You said abortion is not killing because there is no life at that stage. Is there life at that stage yes or not?
