Aside from the Freeones "legality" issue regarding frame grabs (I've never been called on it, and I wouldn't worry; there is something called a "Fair Use" law that should offer protection), I feel anyone interested in an actress would know if a big, clear close-up is presented. But at least I am gratefui you are putting up some pictorial reference, which is so important. (I may need to improve my Clint Eastwood impression, and squint more.)

So I blew it with not just one, but two of Jabber09's I.D.'s... Gina and Melonie, when I provided my pictures to help others know who they are. What were the odds of that?

This is why pictures are so important. (And thank you, Jander711, for the clarifying pictures you provided. Ahhhh, what a difference they make, when they are big and clear.)

So what were the chances of two NVG performers having the same peculiarly spelled name, "Melonie"?

When I checked my Melonie, keeping in mind Jabber09's description of her having a phone call and splitting, I was fast-forwarding and noticed her leaving in the first part of the video, with a phone in her hand (while her back was turned on the way out). I thought that confirmed it. But on closer look (a one-word site called Ero.profile features the full video for those interested; Googling "netvideogirls melonie" gets it on top of the listings), I now see she left with some tension, not because of a phone call, and then when she returns, she goes into this "I want you" act, and our boy tries to calm her down. It's kind of humorous.

I am familiar with the actress who played the other Melonie, that I had no idea appeared on NVG. The spelling of her name, though, is not "Mellonie Monroe," but "Mellanie Monroe." (Her IAFD page gives us other spelling variations.)

I found no reference for Mellanie's Melonie on NVG, but I did run into a THIRD NVG "Melonie," purportedly from 2004:



Obviously the vast array of actresses appearing on Net Video Girls has become a bottomless pit.

I can see my Gine ("Gina J.") is a different Gina than the one in the pictures kindly provided by Jander711, and the one featured in the video that Jabber09 pointed to. (Boy the guy in this video is pretty gutsy, using no condom with a girl who doesn't appear all that responsible.) This other Gina is a little prettier, I thought, and at least has no smorgasbord of tattoos on her front.

I finally did locate a non-streaming download for "Confused" Bridgette, by the way, and it was a worthwhile viewing, as she has an innocence. You also quoted Member Lynx41's question "Who is Paola?" as though poised to answer, but made no remark. I clicked on Lynx41's link to the NVG site - hadn't visited in a long time - and noticed Paola was perhaps their latest addition. She may be too fresh and new for anyone to get a bead on, yet.

Jabber09, I'd guess the "Insert Image" button's being greyed out was one of those things. If it happens again, you can always download an image to your computer and use the "Attachments" button, as I explained in this post.

Remember Jander711 and I had a recent exchange, where Jander711 explained one reason for using his teeny-weeny attachments was because they match up with the shots from the site, and I replied those millions of mini-shots were confusing? I can see now the site has had an overhaul, and no longer features the millions of mini-shots. It's very free-visitor unfriendly - one only gets to see one page each for "Recent Girls" and "Popular Girls," the only two links of value, aside from "Login." Useless!

(Well, not so useless; had I the presence of mind to pay a visit, I could have answered my own "Nervous" question, I can now see.)

While wondering if I could dig up Marsha's scene (I mainly got tons of "Chilling Effects" notices), I ran into the "mrstiff" site (link has been disallowed; try Googling "mrstiff netvideogirls.com galleries" without the quotes) which featured galleries of photos of three dozen or so NVG girls, including Marsha. They claimed the photos were from the site, so presumably there are hidden links on the site for paying members.

In my previous post, I posed the question, why do you suppose in the "Confused" Bridgette episode, there would be such abrupt editing? Right after she is sitting with her top removed, suddenly we see Bridgette giving a blow-job, with no build-up - and then just as suddenly we see her having intercourse. Unless Mr. NVG is so devilishly clever, knowing how to create doubt with idiots like me, and purposely throws us for a loop, normally you'd think if all of this were staged, the events would proceed in a linear fashion, as events usually proceed in most NVG episodes.

Seeing Audra reminded me that the same thing happened with her episode; she was hesitant and uncomfortable, and then all of a sudden, she was seen having sex. As though all of this could be real, and the transition element needed to be edited out, or could not be filmed.

I know people hate discussions on this thread, but won't you please venture a guess? It goes to the crux of NVG's theme, the idea of robbing unsuspecting ladies of their womanly fortunes, before they know what hits them. There wouldn't be all these professional porn performers involved if the series wasn't fake, but then you get something like this that does not make sense.

Obviously, the NVG site has clamped down extremely hard on their property, as they have every right to do. They have taken over the tube sites with sponsored videos, and the rogue videos are no longer as easy to find. I just ran into the “original Xyla” one that Throwaway24 has referred to (you know a site has a lot of girls if there is more than one named “Xyla”), and it turned out to be a sponsored video disguised as a rogue – a full-lengther, but the latter part was blacked out.

We may also conclude NVG is aware of this thread, as they appear to have complained, forcing Petra to post his warning message. (Gee, Petra, must you legitimize that corrupt site Wikipedia, for the avatar explanation?) So hands off the photos from the NVG site, not that I’ve seen anything other than a few measly ones in their two accessible pages for the free visitor (as I remarked very recently).

So anything else that’s NVG off the Internet is okay, but technically, that’s not true either… it’s all their property. (And what if a member takes a photo off the Internet, without knowing it originally appeared on the NVG site?) My advice to the NVG man: in one of your favorite words, be cool. This thread shows up on a lot of searches for NVG and is stimulating a lot of interest for your site, which is good for your business. (And legally, there is something called “Fair Use.” Not that legalities matter when a scary letter from a lawyer arrives.)


In my last post, I exhibited my stupidity by wondering whether the NVG material is, at least sometimes, real. You’ve got to admit, sometimes you run into a scene and can’t believe it’s been acted. I just watched “Camile” where she puts a halt to the proceedings, and it’s just the kind of thing that creates doubt.



What made me start wondering was the site owner who seemed genuinely convinced everything was on the level, in the article I recently referred to… I do believe Pierre Woodman, in his older output, did his taping on the sly, and only afterwards did he get the ladies’ signed releases (no doubt accompanied with a bundle of cash). Could that have been the same technique utilized in at least some of the NVG cases? (Aside from the secret filming aspect, of course.)

On the other hand, I have gained new insight for the “Why the abrupt editing” technique that also made me wonder. In the case of the “Audra” example, I can see there is a new 49-minute version that includes everything. So the common version that goes for twenty minutes (there is another one running for 26-27 minutes labeled as “remastered” as well, the thumbs for which indicate fellatio-only) simply utilized partial elements of their shoot. In short, the abrupt editing was an illusion… it does not seem like they took any time out from the filming, as they may have needed to do with a woman who was not in on the gag.

In case anyone finds this issue fascinating – and how could you not? – there was a NVG thread in Forum.ophilia (and a second thread that I see our own Jander711 took part in; on the first couple of pages he even shared images of his impressive collection, making the rest of us envious) that explored the question.
