So let me see if I can make sense of what our pal, Fat Eddie, has offered... I had a bit of trouble figuring things out.
First, Fat Eddie corroborated that Tiffany was indeed Cheyenne/Kara Price.
Ep 2012.08 - Holly (Attacks Tiffany) = Hollyann
Ep 2012.08 - (Holly Attacks) Tiffany ... AKA Cheyenne (See note below)
Hollyann=Ep 2012.05. Regarding the "Cheyenne" I.D., Alba175 presented a link to a scene containing the name of "Kara Price." Her tattoo to the side of her stomach confirms the I.D., and Jander711 approved the find, two posts later. What I don't understand is where the "Cheyenne" reference came from, and 49819577559b978247 is an actress who is tall and without tattoos, per the IAFD.
(There was a Freeones technical glitch with the "49819577559b978247"; I had linked to [NOBABE]Kara Price[/NOBABE]'s IAFD page, and perhaps the Freeones auto-link conflicted with the IAFD link.)
While I confirmed the lady from the video as Tiffany (thanks to the tummy tattoo), I wasn't sure whether the lady from the video link that Alba175 had provided was the same as [NOBABE]Kara Price[/NOBABE], so at least Fat Eddie has confirmed that. I still don't know where the "Cheyenne" moniker comes from; as we can see from [NOBABE]Kara Price[/NOBABE]'s info pages (here's another) she has the aliases [NOBABE]Kara Prize and Kara Dax[/NOBABE], but no "Cheyenne." Another thing that bothered me was that [NOBABE]Kara Price[/NOBABE] was tall and reportedly without tattoos.
Ohhh... I get it now. (See, you've gotta dig deep to get at the answers.)
Tiffany is of average female height or even shorter, as we may see in the NVG frame grab at left. See, there were TWO ladies in the video clip... and as the frame grab at right displays, [NOBABE]Kara Price[/NOBABE] is the tall one. (Barefoot here, and Tiffany's in heels.)
I can also see the name of the video is shown on the porn page, and that allowed me to track down the name of the other actress, our Tiffany, who turned out to be... Cheyenne.
(Now that I'm re-reading Fat Eddie's last post, I can see he distinguished between [NOBABE]Kara Price[/NOBABE] and Cheyenne, but I didn't catch on. I suffer from reading and comprehension skills.)

I also was slow to understand the "Kimmie Olsen" reference... until I realized she is the same as the way her name was spelled on the list, "Kimmy Olsen":
Appearing in Ep 2011.11, Ep 2011.46 & Ep 2013.45 (as "Lacey" and as "Lacy.")
So what was [NOBABE]Kimmy Olsen[/NOBABE]'s connection with "Ep 2012.08 - Holly Attacks Tiffany"?
Once I searched for [NOBABE]"Kimmy Olsen"[/NOBABE] through the thread, I got it!
Take a look at this old post of mine, where I had written (about a third woman in the video whose face is not seen):
"...Our hero refers to (her) as 'hun.' I guess he meant 'Attila,' because she had the cruel and no-holds-barred attitude an Attack Girl needs. A member recently commented on how turned on he got when “Hun” shoved the dildo inside poor Tifanny’s mouth."
My point was that the unknown lady was a better attack girl than the official attack girl in the episode, played by Holly.
And here was Fat Eddie, in a post from one year after my post:
"The Hun referred to here in the Holly attack video with Jackie is '[NOBABE]Kimmy Olsen[/NOBABE]'."
(F'godssakes, Fat Eddie! Couldn't you have made it clearer where you got "The Hun" reference from?)
Anyway... this was an exciting revelation, because I really liked "The Hun," and now we know who she is. I don't know how Fat Eddie came up with that, because we do not see The Hun's face, but I'm going to take his word for it.

The "mystery" I was alluding to (reproduced in the first of the four posts Fat Eddie presented above) was in regard to "Ep 2016-01-13 - Nicky (CCHD)" where the note read:
"Bit of a mystery: In summer of 2015, Mr. NVG claimed: "Nicky CCHD is gone forever... the footage is destroyed." Fat Eddie responded that at least "she is in a NG." This would be Ep 2015-09-07, spelled as "Nikki"; was a whole new CCHD episode shot, or was the original miraculously found?"
In short, Mr. NVG stated the Nikki/Nicky CCHD episode went up in a puff of smoke. Anyone take a crack at how we wound up with a Nikki/Nicky CCHD episode, after all?
