Performer Guide Netvideogirls.com

But they dont seem to do much under the new names either. None of them seem to turn into stars. That is in spite of being with legitimate talent agencies. Maybe these agencies should think about not sending them to netvideogirls to shoot thier first scene? Something about this website is killing future careers of girls with a lot of potential. Check out castingcouchx . You will find many more future stars there. Maybe the talent agencies themselves have problems? All I know is that girls who shoot thier first scene with this website tend not to last long and I know atleast some of these girls intended to have long careers.

Most women don't do that much in porn.

you may be on to something. if you watch the Maryann returns video i believe she talks about the lack of work her last shoot got her. she also says something, and i am paraphrasing, i don't want to keep doing this if its not going to get me something. the guy assures her the new tape will and she has to do more. I only know this cuz i usually skim through with the sound off. However, she made a face, while talking about this subject, that made me back up and listen. i don't know what is real or scripted in these things, but if her comments were real you may have a point.

Yeah, I mean, Tomi Taylor (Mina) should be a star by now. She has been in a few other scenes, and she may yet still become a star, but she hasnt taken off as fast as Nina North has. She should be the second coming of Raylene. Granted, she doesnt have a twitter, so that might be a part of the problem. Emmi Blake decided porn wasnt for her after she shot that one scene with netvideogirls. She is best friends with Brooklyn Chase and had intended to have a career. She said in an interview that she felt awkward shooting for netvideogirls. And almost all the girls on that site come off as awkward. Alexis from netvideogirls should be a milf star by now. And she has only done a couple of other scenes for brazzers. I actually like the scenes in this website, I just dont think it is a good company to shoot your first scene for. Im wondering if there is something about this website that is turning girls off from the industry.

I may have an explanation for this.

The porn industry has an extremely high turnover rate for the most part. A few years ago, a friend of mine finished a degree in massage therapy (a legitimate degree, not the "massage" therapy kind). The porn industry hires a lot of massage therapists to help on set to keep actors going while filming scenes. He tried working in the industry for about a week before he got too grossed out and quit. He said during his time working on set, he learned a few basic facts about the porn industry from people he talked to.

1) The average woman spends only between one to six months in the industry before quitting. Any actress who stays in the industry longer than that is basically considered a industry Vet.
2) Most women quit when the demands on them on set are too much for them to handle. While he was on set on his last day, they were filming a deep-throat with swallow. After they cut, the actress walked off set and vomited right on his protective gear. They both quit that day and the actress in question had been in the industry for about three months and filmed a few dozen scenes.
3) The turnover rate for massage therapists is nearly as high as actors. See above for reason.

Soooo, if you see someone on NVG or CC and they seem to disappear after a few months, it's probably because they decided they couldn't keep up with what the industry/studios/pornwatchers wanted from them and they quit.

Been thinking about resubbing to NVG and i looked at some of my old videos and i'm trying to find small snips or previews of the newer stuff i dont have to see how they've changed. Does it seem like the shoots are getting to "porn-ey"? It seems like the women are getting directions on how to act or what to say while getting fucked. It cant be a coincidence that so many of the women are so vocal.

Also...what is up with the camera guy and shoes lol? its like he intentionally focuses on them at the beginning of the shoot and its like he is showing them off. does he buy a new pair for every scene or something? Its not a big deal but i just tend to notice stuff like that with different porn sites. NVG has the shoes thing, GDP when Jordan was filming he would always start off with "so we got you here finally". FTV seems to like using the phrase "strong vaginal contractions". And even ECG for a while was doing a lot of prone bone in their shoots and in one claiming that it was the girls favorite position.
