That is not the problem, he's just an asshole. The best description I can give is one of those Wall Street scumbags that think they own the world because they work in finance.

Since you tried to go about it the right way once, next time I'd just call the cops right off the bat. If you're lucky, he'll be about half lit when the cops get there and he'll smart-ass them too. Be sure and take some pictures of them fucking him up and post the pics for us. :thumbsup:
