Supposedly she is getting a cell, in a special segregated section also used for high-profile people, and will not have a cell mate. And, as per their standard practice, if she has good behavior, it will be only 23 days.

I am wondering things like: wear prison clothes? eat prison food? restricted visitations? 6am wake up call?

As it is, her lawyers won her the right to go to a more comfortable "paid" prison, whatever that is... but she declined that comfort option to prove to all of us who are bad mouthing her that she is strong.

Folks! More then likely Paris will get processed (if she shows.....never know w/ these new breed wannabe so-called stars) get sent to a holding cell for assignment, then because of over crowding be released. Total jail time (if you want to call it that) eight hours ...give or take an hour.

Paris Hilton did check into the L.A. Men's Jail at 11:38 p.m. and processed and then transferred to the L.A. Women's jail. Paris is treated just like any other inmates except she is isolated in solitary confinement for her protection.

Actually, inmates can request for solitary confinement for protection due to many reasons besides being a celebrity, police officer, politican, etc.

My experience is if an inmate felt threatened by others as being HIV positive, gay or any other reasons, he or she can petition for isolation. So Paris Hilton is not getting any special privilege.

Whether she will change or not, time will tell ! :fight:

I agree with You.Paris is a spoiled brat...but whose fault is that??--Her parents are weak.Her Father inherited the fortune and spoiled His Daughter(as any Father would)...but they never "raised" Her.They let the money do that.Big mistake in My opinion.I think this is a good thing for Her.May wake Her ass up!!-I know if I had to do 25 days in the "special needs unit" jail and had billions waiting for Me after the sentence.....I would be feeling pretty blessed.She will grow up.I do wonder how the Hilton Money could not get Her out of this for a simple DUI and probation.....I mean O.J.
