Over 40

Thanks for the inputs. I probably don't get as much exercise as I should but I've started changing that, and the desire to do it has a lot to do with why I'm concerned. I've always been active and try to eat right, well, I do like a good binge from time to time, I'll try an attitude check, push through more gym time and add some light cardio. I've had a situation that's kept me semi-housebound for the last few months, some sunshine and fresh air will probably do me a world of good. Thanks again!

just be positive love and exercise, age is just a number. Is all in your head. I mean the upper head hehehe

I'd love to work out those details. :D

Racing is life... anything else is just waiting.
Assuming you don't have a medical issue that needs to be addressed, exercise and a positive mental outlook will set you free and keep you feeling good. Whatever you do, don't start looking back on your life and think, "I should have done this or I should have done that..." Think about what you should do, not what you should have done.

And if none of that works, go out and get yourself a used red Corvette (2006 or so will do), a big ass 18K gold chain, a pinkie ring, some greasy hair care products and a new girlfriend that you have to take to cheerleading practice twice a week. You'll also probably need to load up on some Taylor Swuft, Justine Beeber and Lady GooGoo songs for your iPod.

I'd recommend you go and see your doctor just to get a check up and make sure everything is on the up and up. And like everyone else said, make sure you get your sleep and start getting some more exercise

Stallone was 41 when he did Rambo 3, which was when he was arguably in the best shape of his career.

Ofcourse, he freely admits to doing HGH since he was 40, but still.

Daniel Craig was in his 40s when he did Skyfall

Today marks three months that I've been on an exercise and nutrition regimen. I don't know how much weight I've lost but I'm down seven inches off my waist. I feel better than I've felt in over five years. Good times!

I've been dedicated to a healthier lifestyle over the last seven months and it's really paid off. I've hit all of my mini-goals and am now wearing clothes I bought when I was a sophomore in high school. For some reason my mom had a few things packed away in the garage from when I moved out of the house twenty some odd years ago. Vintage stuff, for sure, including a pair of Made in USA Levi 501's. Awesome sauce!

I had my 42nd birthday in the last couple of months and I think my age is starting to catch up with me. Not to drone on and sound like a Viagra commercial, long story short, I'm not feeling myself lately. Less energy, lower libido, just lethargic and uninspired. Anyone else going though or been through something similar? Any advice, strategies, or cures? Cures would really be great. I'm feeling like a Cobra without any venom, you know, like a belt. Anyway, all opinions, anecdotes, and piss takes welcome.

Yup, pretty much sucks.
Hell getting old.
Just gotta be meaner than it is.

I used to have that problem but I no longer do. I started working out a lot and lost a lot of weight. I also quit smoking and drinking. I don't know if any of this would apply to you or not, but that was my situation. Being overweight and smoking a lot. I also remember that when I started working out, I also started taking a testosterone booster and that really made me feel better. All of this has to do with ED issues too. So yeah, I suppose different things may work for different people, but that's what really worked for me.

As far as the age itself ....just a number. Depends on how well you take care of yourself and how you feel! :)

Good job.

I just recently started on the paleo / green faces diet, and I have to say its the best diet Ive ever been on. Ive done variations of low carb / no carb diets in the past that were pretty good, but this one is the best ever. Im not sure if it is really the best at packing on a ton of muscle real fast, but it is definitely the best at shedding fat and maintaining muscle.

I just recently started taking a natural T booster that contains d-aspartic acid, and I seem to be doing very well on it. I had taken tribulus T boosters in the past, and those worked fairly well. But I think the d-aspartic acid T booster is better. If you go for a tribulus T booster you need to look for the kind that is grown in Bulgaria, because those are the most pure and therefore the most powerful tribulus.

Has anybody here taken vigrx? Its supposed to be the best "male enhancement" supplement on the market. Im thinking about trying it out. I have found that alpha lipoic acid, l-arginine, eceytal l carnitine, vitamin e, and vitamin c are all good for your dick, and I have noticed some good results when I take those supplements consistently for an exteneded period of time.

Welp, I'm ten months into changing my way of eating and I don't even look like the same person anymore. I'd post before and after pics, but I don't want you fellers knowing how fat I had really got, suffice it to say I'm at the lowest weight I've been since I hit puberty. Here's to no sugar, low carb, clean eating!

:clap::thumbsup:

Been on a change of diet myself the last few months, taking small steps towards a healthier life. Just getting rid of sugars already meant a heck of a difference!

Checking in with this thread, a little shy of 1 year +1 month, I've done extremely well, I've managed to get my weight to a point I haven't seen since I was a kid. I'm enjoying eating a "normal" diet once a month, the rest of the month I'm still really strict on calories and macros and I've managed to continue to lose an average of about ten pounds a month since May. Anyone that needs to drop the weight and just hasn't committed to doing it, hear me, you CAN, it's just a matter of making the decision to do it!
