Will you buy an Ouya when its released ??
Considering I don't own a tablet which I would have basically hooked it up to my TV already and bought some no name controller for it. I thought this would be a cheap alternative to use mainly as a streaming media center with social capabilities like whats app and msnger and to play emulator games from NES and so forth all on one screen.
Gaming wise I don't see it ever getting Halo or Gran Turismo franchises. But im sure a few companies will make AAA games for it just like they did for OnLive, which is also supported on Ouya now.
One key feature I thought was cool is that its fully hackable and doesn't void warranty.
Specifications:
• Tegra3 quad-core processor
•1GB RAM
•8GB of internal flash storage
•HDMI connection to the TV, with support for up to 1080p HD
•WiFi 802.11 b/g/n
•Bluetooth LE 4.0
•USB 2.0 (one)
•Wireless controller with standard controls (two analog sticks, d-pad, eight action buttons, a system button), a touchpad
•Android 4.0
•ETHERNET! (Announced by Muffi 7/18)
Doesn't seem like much for specs by the time this is released. I'm sure PS4 and Xbox720 will have nearly double the power.
