This won't be too helpful, but I also check AlmightyZeus.com every day. Very nice for free pics, although the message board there seems not even close to as active as this one.

I surf the net quite often, and became a member of Freeones in the beginning when there were only a handful of members. It took a while for this one to take off, but it's the best one out there by far. Things have to change here, because there is a possibility of it being closed down, if we don't get a handle of the postings that go on. In this business, we have to follow copyright rules, and if we slip up, we can be closed down in no time. If we all agree to abide by the new rules that are going to be out in a couple days, this will continue to be the best message board on the net. Let's pull together and keep this board going, as it's the best one out there.

Freeones is quite unique to, i have loads of fun here and it would be a pity to closed the board because people don't obey the rules (copyright stuff/number of posts with links....)
If we want this board staying like it is, let's respect the rules and let we all have some fun here!!!!:tongue:

Were all breaking copyright laws by posting pictures here or saving to your computer. You really can't take any image with out the written permission of the model or photographer. Even if it doesn't show a copyright it still has one. I'm learning about copyright laws for my drawing business i hope to start some day.
It say even if the owner of the copyright is dead it is still good for like up to 75 years after he dies.
There is a thing called fair use but there is a big battle over that
has well. So the bottom line is if you don't have permission don't take it. I think it stinks but at the same time i understand allso.

A law is a law, but we all know there are many big holes in the copyright law. There are so many pics out there on the net to which anyone can save them to their file without a problem at all. Yet some pics won't allow you to save them, and that is what needs to be done if the copyright law holds any water. With the millions of pics out there, how can anyone keep track of what is being copied? When we join a site, they give us the right to save any pic in that site to our files, even if it's a 3 day trial. Does that site hold the copyrights to every model in that site? It's a crazy, mixed up world we live in....but I do know this. Freeones doesn't want to take any chances of breaking copyright laws, so the new rules have to come into effect. And if what Hindee says is true, we can't allow any pics to be posted? We are all guilty of pirating pics??

I don't know what kind of copyright laws they follow, but ************* has a board that is set up exactly like Freeones. They have more categories as well. I sent them an email to ask what kind of copyright laws they follow, and waiting for a reply. Here is the link to their homepage. I doubt that they get the centerfolds and porn stars that Freeones does, but that may not matter to a lot of you.

I'm just a moderator, I don't run the site. Sometimes when things need to change, we need to read messages. This is the way it is for now.

Copyright issues can be a real bitch, sometimes it´s a greyzone.
There are loads of other boards out there, most of them stink but some are really good. Check out my profile for my board, I try to keep it clean and spammers-> beware!

Who cares about other boards!!!!!! If i were you I'd be happy as a clam on being here. So what if there's rules to follow, just follow them and be happy and don't fuck it up. I don't mean to sound bitchy or be a prick, but come on now. I mean, like I said before, where else can you get pics of women, talk about whatever you want and get porn in a way for FREE!!! Think about it. Any other place has stricter rules and shit and most of them are pay. So please just let it go.

Thanks man!!! I can bitch with the best of them, only when things need to be bitched at. I posted a relpy to the rules thread in Talk which totally goes against my reply here. I don't mean to be mean in any way, but I'm a person who holds nothing back, I speak my mind whenever, wherever about anything.
