I have pursued that but decided it was more negative energy than I was willing to spend on it. I have a new venture that is rewarding in much better ways and in reality I am phasing out my website since I don't shoot new content. The longer I fight it, the longer it stays up and running and that's not what my goal is. So I made the very tough decision to deal with it. I have hired a copyright company which is the same that Suze Randall and Earl Miller use and so far that has helped with getting videos and photos taken down, but when one comes down, 10 more go up.

If you don't believe I have a problem then google Mariah Milano videos and see how many illegal sites have my full length videos. it's sickening and not one has my permission.

I think that if you are 100% convinced that you have that big of an infringement problem, then just hire one of those firms, or an individual, that goes around the internet and finds anywhere that your materials might be shared and gets them taken down. And if you come across commercial infringers, possibly such as tube sites, then you may want to consider an infringement suit if they won't immediately take down your materials, or if you can't work out some other type of deal with them.

Yeah I agree with you not to get wrapped up in too much negative energy. You're doing all you can to take care of the problem while also doing a good job of focusing on moving forward with positive energy and new projects.

Eric, the problem with tubes sites and the like is that you can only tell them to take down one thing at time, and as soon as they take one down, another one goes up. You can end up spending an entire day sending out take down notices and still end up with as many videos posted as when you started. It is a thankless and hopeless task. Especially when your content is desired!

I don't know much about tube sites. I have never visited one because I heard they spread viruses and I don't really have any use for them any ways. I think I heard Sabrina Deep say that some of the porn tube sites are owned by the Industry, or either the porn materials are uploaded by the Industry. I don't know, but whatever the exact situation, as I said in post #399 that you quoted, if certain tube sites are determined to be commercial infringers, meaning the site is a pay site or directly profits from the infringed materials financially, then that may be an entity that one would consider suing for infringement. Especially if they won't immediatley take down the infringed materials, are repeat offenders, and/or you can't work out some type of profit sharing deal with them.

Otherwise, I think Mariah is doing a good job in not wrapping up to much negative energy in worrying about it. But instead doing her best to deal with the problem, staying positive, and focusing on new promising projects.

brazzers owns ALL of the big tube sites. they bought them so that they could flood the market with free content of their competitors to devalue them, then buy them out for a huge discount. thats how they bought reality kings and digital playground among others. they decided to stop fighting the losers who download and watch stolen porn. you don't see full length versions of brazzers videos on tube sites, but you will see all of their competition's videos. they say they can't police all of what their members upload, yet there isn't any p edo stuff or things like that so clearly that's a bunch of shit.

the BT sites are a huge issue because it's all downloadable. but those are the guys being sued and prosecuted big time

t is obvious after 17 pages of this that you do not have one original opinion of your own. And your sources and "facts and figures: are about 2 days past what we discussed on other threads already. I am talking about 2012-2013 numbers. Let's assume that you were a George Bush voter in the past.. your opinions that you espouse here are so far left that they may as well be posted by Michael Moore. There are plenty of people that are dissatisfied with the job that GWB did myself included, but no one that I have ever heard of that claims to ever have voted for him has swung the pendulum so far left that they seem to be a occupier/911 truther/ wingnut. And BTW the economy seemed to go to hell right after the dems took control of congress after the 2006 election. And didn't start picking back up until they recaptured the house and took away the super majority in the senate. Obama's policies have not created some utopian society that has 1 percent unemployment and everybody gets free ice cream and money trees in their yard, yet you keep riding his jock as if he has solved every problem this country has,

As for the housing market, it had to hit bottom and it is coming back but home values are not increasing to pre 2008 levels yet. I am glad you think he is doing a good job but check back in a couple of years after the tax increases cause lower investment and see how things are going. Those figures won't be in for a year or two.

how am I a birther? I woke up after seeing how corrupt and NOT conservative the guy I had voted for, who btw ran as a fucking conservative! I don't think Obama is doing a great job at all, but he's better than Romney would have been for 93% of America, and better than McCain who wanted to go to war with Iran and remain in Iraq and Afghanistan indefinitely, not to mention the stupid retard he had as a running mate. the thought of her becoming president is fucking bone chilling but I'm sure you disagree.

And you know as well as I do that an economy doesn't fall or rise within a year so you can throw that fucking Sean Hannity blame game shit away or save it for someone else. Bush spent money like no other president EVER. he gave no bid contracts to his friends, and rebuilt 2 countries while he ignored the country he was hired to represent. He pissed money away and let's not forget the BILLIONS he gave in the stimulus to failing companies without ANY regulations on how to spend it or pay it back. The saddest part is that his policies have been echoed by every republican candidate, so forgive me if I don't want anymore of that insanity in charge again.

At least I have the sense to and courage to change my opinions based on performance, rather than biting down like I'm in mid seizure and just gutting it out and denying blame, which is what you clearly are doing. This entire Benghazi thing is such a sham. Lindsay Graham and McCain are demanding that Obama be held responsible for it, yet where were they when Abu Graibe happened? Was that Bush's fault? fucking of course not! how about the THIRTEEN EMBASSY ATTACKS DURING GWB years,,,,where was the screaming then???

Rick Santorum said that college is over rated, and that college exposed young people to different ways of thinking and he said that college is the biggest threat to Christianity. well aside from Science and facts I guess lol sounds like you subscribe to that line of thinking also. God forbid anyone learn things and come to new conclusions. That is the perfect example of a Republican. Keep doing as you do, no matter the outcome. As Rubio said, "What do we need to change? Conservative ideas do work when a conservative implements them. There hasn't been a real Conservative president since Ronald Reagan and he oversaw the greatest peace time expansion in our history. AND THAT IS A FUCKING UNDENIABLE FACT! And as much as you want to lay all of the blame at GWB's feet the housing market crashed because of democratic policies which even started under Jimmy Carter with his wanting to loosen requirements for people to buy homes that couldn't afford them. Then Bill Clinton revived it and then Dodd/Frank pushed it over the cliff. You wanna talk about Abu Graibe then let's talk about the Air Force and the scandal going on there under Obama's watch! How was Reagan a conservative when he took the National Debt from from $997 billion to $2.85 trillion, raised the debt ceiling eighteen times, grew the size of the federal government creating the Dept of Veterans Affairs, gave amnesty to 3 million illegal aliens, fought a proxy war in Afghanistan which basically created the Taliban, illegally funneled weapons to Iran, and was cozy under the blankets with religious right? Barry Goldwater warned conservatives not to get mixed up with the religious right because religion shouldn't have power over government. And you're wrong about the greatest peace time expansion in our history, that happened during the Clinton administration.
