It would come in handy in Paris during an Eagles of Death Metal concert.
It is useless to speak with someone who believes in leftist values and who doesn't understand the meaning of self defense. He prefers the state to control every citizen rather than seeing a honest law abiding citizen defend himself and other innocent bystanders.
