well if I can I like to go about 3-4 days between releasin it! 4 I have found is my max and then if I don't get no assistance from my gf then I just do it myself as I can't stand it more than 4 days but my avarage is once a day. If you read medical journals and the like, you'll discover that it physically doesn't make any difference how long you go without shaging/wanking.
