Actually, this isn't even an American website. People from all over the world access FO and hardly anyone outside of North America gives a shit about American Football, unlike the NHL which has loyal fans even in places like Japan and Thailand. I know! RIGHT team wrong quarterback....although he does hold every important passing record we have, except the rookie related ones now! I have a Lynch jersey and will get a Russel jersey, just don't have any pictures in them.

Ahhh... Thank you Jaana You look fantastic in your hockey jersey too! I think the NFL has gotten pretty big in some other countries as of late though, and the Superbowl is right up there in popularity outside of North America but nowhere NEAR soccer and hockey like you said. I think Christophe was saying "this" country only because he was talking to me and we both live in the U.S., he's very smart and is well aware that Freeones is out of Europe I'm sure.

I believe that it makes more sense when you think that Christophe is from Florida - they don't really get a lot of snow and ice in Florida as far as I know...
Not sure about how much people elsewhere give about American Football, there were a lot of Superbowl parties in Germany and Italy these last couple of years, with people staying up all night to watch it on FTA-tv (or on premium channels with American commentary), I believe (the new) Wembley Stadium also gets pretty full when the NFL plays one game there each year.

They aired it on Viasat Sport here, i think, and I know there are some Finnish local teams but the general consensus here is that no one really cares. It will never have the same support as futbol or ice hockey imho.
