funny that guys who do cam shows with cam girls actually think the girl wants to see them jerking it. i think its funny and sometimes if it's really ridiculous i recorded their cam lol i have a funny collection of guys who did cam 2 cam back in the day.

I don't know why any girl would admit to recording a customer without it being for safety/ scam protection reasons or with their consent.

Most of us don't want them recording us and will go to great lengths to prevent it, so doing the same to them seems fairly unprofessional even if it's for private lols.
I hope they were cool with it/ you told them.

you don't think they record your cam shows?????????? have you even looked on the tueb sites??? and all of their cams are recorded by the cam company because it's required for the 2257 ALL cam video is recorded and archived of both viewer and performer. They agree to it when they signup for their membership. Ask your attorney who handles your legal affairs for your website.

Yeah, I'm perfectly aware that certain assholes record me and that sites do it for legal reasons.
That's why DMCA's exist and why my site does indeed have lawyers. (Watermarking cam feeds helps.)

I just wouldn't record customers without their consent. To each their own I guess, people must not care.

what cam site allows you to watermark your cam show? If you indeed have lawyers then you should know that all customers consent to be recorded as do performers. It doesn't specify by whom other than it cannot be reproduced or redistributed without consent. But it's perfectly legal for me to record them as long as I don't distribute it, which I do not.

I've been doing this for a little while dear so please, mind your business.

MyFreecams has watermarking. I don't think that Ari has actually disagreed with anything that you have said here.

I still don't see the disagreement. Yes, all video is recorded by the cam company but this is not what she is saying. She is talking about performers recording viewers without the specific consent of the viewer at the time. Just because you can legally do it (and you have admitted that you did) does not mean that you should - to quote Ari as you have above "doing the same to them seems fairly unprofessional even if it's for private lols. I hope they were cool with it/ you told them.

"Unprofessional" not "Illegal"
