So, I assume we're sticking with the same rules, and by that logic, the previous winner, Mandy, can't be nominated. Therefore, I'll nom the runner-up, Briana Lee. If she was good enough to place 1 vote behind the winner and get 15 of the 46 votes, she must be good enough for a nom

See, another reason I didn't wanna just up and do it. Little nuances yet to be learned. But I did know it tended to be 5, while being 6 on occasion. (Although probably because that many were nommed before you could get around to closing the noms and starting the voting.)

As for rules, I should have put a few in the first post, but really there aren't many.
Members may nominate up to 3 OCSM's (Not really a great idea as you can only vote for 1)
The OCSM MUST have posted within the previous week, and cannot be the current holder of the title.
Members may vote once for one OCSM each week.
Nominations begin after the previous weeks winner has been announced (Usually on a Monday).
Voting begins when Jitna (or Miss Hybrid) says
OCSM's must not allow a page to go without any pictures being posted. Transgressing this rule will result in members being rather disappointed.
These rules are not hard and fast and may be altered if members agree on any changes, but any rule changes can only be applied to the following week (unless we agree to change that rule!)
