Obama will go down as the shittiest president in the history of this republic

Dubya is pretty much the worst president ever. He was not only stupid, ineffective but a legitimate war criminal.
Obama has been a good president, but the Republicans took over Congress and have effectively shutdown government for 6 years.
It's laughable to even think how bad and embarrassing Trump would be as president. He would probably be thrown in jail within his first 100 days and he'd have to rely on a pardon from his VP successor to avoid jail time.
It's not enough to simply elect a Democratic president. America has to get a lot more Republicans out of Congress in 2016 in order for us to get anything done in the next 8 years. In order to do that, we'd have to rely on a lot of toothless hillbillies and redneck bumpkins to **** up and quit voluntarily bending themselves over for Republican candidates who just prey on fear and stupidity. That's just never going to happen, I'm afraid.

The Russians and Chinese governments own the vast majority of their defense companies. Oil prices have decrease by over 60% the last couple of years, but there haven't been massive cuts in Russia' defense procurement.

The article writers are forgot to list other major Russian advantages, but its a good overall piece. Russia economy is the size of Italy's. But Russia doesn't have massive public debt, and it still has much of USSR massive defense infrastructure. The Russians defense industry is 4 or 5 times that of France or the UK.

I would say Obama has probably been the closest in my lifetime, but not as bad as Bush Jr though. But whoever is next is probably going to surpass the shittiest, if that's possible.
