Will, remember, what you make at your work is not yours. It belongs to all of us. Daddy government should just take it all from you and let you keep whatever is best for you. Because we care. We need your money to help the poor and downthrotten to provide them with food and free health care, don't you have a heart?

But seriously, if we the people have to tighten our belts during hard times, why the fuck can't the government do so too? It's all about priorities, people! When you're on hard times you got to cut back on your cocaine to be able to provide food and clothes for your family. Welfare programs and especially social security have become like heroin for the American economy. I'm not saying "cut it all NOW" because just like a junkie can't quit cold turkey, I understand the gov. can't do so either but we got to find a way for the gov. to finally quit this addiction to spending and that way no tax increases for anyone would be necessary.
And what is this envy and HATRED for those who are bette off? If you're making $50,000 a year and your neighbor is making $100,000, if his taxes go up, is your life better? Are you all so bitter that "if I can't have it, no one can" describes your lifestyle?
