While I do agree the Wii was a bit of a disappointment but it doesn't in any way say Nintendo is going out of business. The Wii was one of the best selling systems ever, so that usually means good business was accomplished which usually equates to not going out of business.
But yes, content-wise for the Wii, it wasn't anything great
