I can't tell if you got the point or not. I think not. But in a way you got it perfectly. Lame. No punchline. Yes. Nikki is the Adam Sandler of adult entertainment and her "Let's pull whatever we've got out of the closet this week and call it a video" approach is in keeping with the lazy, inanity that Sandler both made fun of and represents.

Sandler wasn't fun. He talked like a baby, made nonsense rhymes, and lost his job on SNL because ratings during that stretch were at an all-time low. (Contrary to popular belief, the Spade, Sandler, Farley era was filled with more dead-air and channel surfing stretches than any in the show's history. That's why they were all fired and killed off in the first episode of a new season.)
Nikki, however, still has great ratings. Better than ever before. More people are jerking it to her now than when she was a teen. She's an adult now and shows it. She shows just enough to wow us, and then puts it back away for a while. Do some of her outfits get tired? Sure, but you're still here, just like every other moron who whines like they are bored of it. I guarantee you that you will still be here 12 months from now (if she elects to keep it going, that is).
The difference between them is night and day; Sandler sucked on SNL, but went on to have a successful career after (though his last dozen or so movies were awful).
Nikki is successful now, as a part of the same gig that got her started nearly 10 years ago. What she will do after will likely pale by comparison.
