And a note on the rules. Virtually anything that is posted on here can be construed as being in ********* of the board rules essentially. In a lot of ways they are rather subjective and open to individual interpretation and issues involving language and symantics issues also.

Again, for clarification, I was the one who was responsible for getting the post about oral sex removed because it included a copyrighted image. Overreaction on my part? Anything is possible. Ha ha ha!

You too sweetie. Today was my 6th day at the gym. I wonder if I will actually stick with it this time. I have gone through spurts my whole life of working out and then not. The longest stretch of my life was 2 months and I have never looked better then when I did for those 2 months. I REALLY want to stick with it this time. I need some help , discipline, motivation etc. I thought I would post a pic of me from when I worked out for 2 months straight to show you guys what difference it makes and also so I would be more motivated to stick with it. See picture below. Uh huh. That's after only 7 weeks actually. It's just stupid of me not to. Seriously!

As for what phone book, I was kinda hoping she would start out with Hampton, VA as that was where the greatness got it's start, move on to the one from Lexington, Kentucky for they had the privilege of experiencing the awesomeness 1st hand also, move on to a couple from Arizona as that is where the greatness currently calls home, and then finish with Los Angeles' as that is where the greatness is currently working on migrating to! Seems like a perfectly logical transition to me! In the event anyone is a little dense...the greatness and awesomeness to which I refer is none other than the incredibly beautiful and incomparable WOMAN also known as "Nikki Nova"!

Finally, now you offer to motivate Nikki....and the 1st thing you do is post a link to a picture of cookies!?!? That's just plain fucked up! Ha ha ha! You want to hear about real food cruelty....the other day I received a card from Harrah's New Orleans to come in on April 12th or the 13th for a coupon for a free Easter ham!!! That's nice and all....but I am on a low sodium diet....and well....it's a ham....nothing more to say on that!

Pretty soon we will witness a genuine test....can Jon actually keep at it for 4 months!?!? The really hard part will be to find a happy medium...especially at first. I used to be an athlete & I am accustomed to really pushing myself when I used to workout regularly....sadly that was sometime ago! Needless to say....really pushing myself today....especially right off....might not exactly be the greatest idea in the world...for more than obvious reasons!

Now before I really leave for the night.....I call upon all of the college basketball fans to bow before the greatness that is Nikki.....Hell she not only had Kentucky beating UNC today....BUT she also had VCU beating Kansas too! DAYUM!!! My 74 year old ****** is a big sports fan....and basketball is no exception. The fucked up thing is that she had VCU and Kentucky winning today too! Of course since I had picked UNC and Kansas (not that I cared really)....she ****** no time in calling me to gloat right after the Tar Heels fell! Ha ha ha! Coincidence that two of the women in my life were spot on....while the guys (myself included) had nary a clue?!?!? Ha ha ha!

Now Nikki, for the benefit of everyone on the thread I will ask you a tough question....Should VCU & Kentucky both win on Saturday....and move on to the finals...who will you root for? I'm guessing it's the team coached by a man from Pittsburgh (Moon Township really)!

Great picture. Well toned. I have just started back to working out myself after nearly a year off. Last year I started and lost over 18 lbs before I badly twisted my knee. Over the past year I managed to put all the weight back on again but now that my knee is a lot better we start all over again. The problem, I think, is getting out of the rhythm of exercise. If you take a break it always seems so difficult to get motivated to start again.

That is the hard part...staying motivated! What complicates things is that we live in a society, in the States anyway, where the worst types of self-destructive behavior are accepted and common place.....and several multi-national corporations are enablers who profit from it. Sadly in my case, it look a heart ****** at 38 to sufficiently motivate me...& I was, and am, hardly the poster boy for the body type that has become so common place Stateside today. Funny story...when I was in the hospital, the nurses all told me..."you're not fat" when I said I was. Ok, maybe not by today's far too accepting standards...BUT, as I responded..."maybe not by today's standards...but, YES, I'm fat"!!! People try to sugar coat things today (ironic huh...sugar coat), but the word for it is FAT!! "Big" is not beautiful...and it sure as hell isn't healthy! Funny thing...the cloathing industry engages in a practice called "vanity sizing" whereby they change the sizes without changing the name. For example...newsflash...if you were a large 20 years ago...and you "still" wear a large today...you're more than wearing what was called an XL 20 years ago! Might make ya feel good...but it doesn't do you any good!

Now following my heart ******, I've lost weight.....AND, though I was NEVER morbidly obese...I've kept it off....and that has been with limited exercise! Ultimately, I want to get down to my weight when I played football in high school...160! I'd be "okay" at 180....but it's not good enough for me in my situation...so I've got a little more work ahead of me!

Like already mentioned...the key is motivation...which is all the more difficult considering we are seemingly surrounded by people who have fatalist attitudes & accept the "fact" that diet and exercise will never work for them....so they just give up! Too bad really that most, if not all, employers do not implement some form of workout/regular exercise into every workday! Hell even 15 minutes a day would be better than nothing...productivity would go up...less missed days due to illness....well you get the point...it would be a win-win for everyone!

Now onto the subject of that lovely and fair maiden also known as Nikki! I saw her on MFC a couple of weeks ago (completely dressed you pervs...for me, getting Nikki to remove even one stitch of clothing on cam would be the equivalent of getting an angel to remove her wings...it just wouldn't feel right...and I'd feel guilty as Hell afterwards) and believe me...Nikki looks simply AMAZING!!! Any woman would be fortunate to look half as good!

ps. Jitna...I thought I detected a cookie within a cookie (or that something was going on along those lines), but I thought I was imagining it & it was just filled with something. Thanks for clearing that up you evil bastard!!!! Ha ha ha! Hey Nikki, hows things? hope youre going on alright...Its good to hear youre working out, not that you need to coz you look awesome already I do understand from a healthy point of view though Ive started a working out a bit too & it does boost your confidence & makes you feel a whole lot better. I cycle to work instead of using my car, & started running as well (which I really enjoy ) And will also be starting weights as well. Ive got to a point in my life (now im past 30 lol :1orglaugh) where I wanna start looking aftermyself a bit more (Its all those pizzas lol)
