Rask isn't done, by a long shot. One of the few games I saw in the old Boston Garden was between Boston and Calgary. Rogie Vashon was the goalie. After a few Flame goals, one of the balcony denizens yelled out, "We love you, Rogie. It's those bums in front of you we can't stand." I get the feeling that sentiment may get echoed again soon.

That said, I am tempted to head to the Florida east coast next month for a Bruins-Panthers game.

Going to miss the Caps and Flyers being at a kids clothes store in the morning but WILL be back in time for the Hawks. Third Sunday in a row on NBC for the Hawks.

Go Hawks. And Jagger thanks in fantasy for Jake Allen great game.

Blues stumbled badly tonight against a desperate Penguins squad so all I can say is I am now a huge Boston Bruins fan for the next 24 hours. :thumbsup:

I am sure he isn't. I'd take him for my goalie any day. Every team has it's ups and downs....right now, you're going through the "down" part of that process. Here's to hoping your luck changes tomorrow at the Madhouse. :thumbsup: :beer:

I am not holding my breath for today against the 'Hawks. Bs aren't scoring, the young D are making silly plays, Chara is not the physical force he known to be. I see a 4-1, 5-2 'Hawks win.

Glad I heard the first two B's goals in the car. Seen Toews goal near the end of the 1st but Crawford is a space cadet so far.

Cheers. It's frustrating watching them blow a 3-0 lead at Calgary, lose to Edmonton, get blown out by St. Louis, then put together a solid effort like today. Atleast the Bs are still the 8 seed. the Panthers and Flyers are nipping at their heels.

Rask played a great game. Bergeron early goal set the tone for the B's. Crawford stunk and was pulled in the 3rd.

I would be but the Blues aren't exactly setting the world on fire after a lackluster effort at home against Pittsburgh. This is the toughest part of the season in my book. The competition is fierce. Teams are tired and the stretch run for playoff position is looming. The intensity will pick up in March when the finish line is in sight and everyone reaches for that little bit of extra effort.

Looks like your wish is coming true so I hope your anal encounter with me was enjoyable. Frankly, I never felt it NOR was I even slightly interested in the activity to begin with but....:dunno:

As it is, I almost wish the Blues would lose about 10 games in a row so we could sink down to the 8 seed and draw Nashville in the first round instead of Chicago. I am so tired of first-round exits by this extremely talented yet incredibly underachieving team that I can't even tell you. We can't beat the Blackhawks....or the Kings. :hairpull:
