OK. So that means you're good with the Granlund/Zucker-for-Oshie deal? :dunno: ;) :D

Hmmmm, maybe more like Grannlund/Zucker for Tarasenko, amirite?

I'm going to be honest I'm not terribly thrilled about the second round. The three series I wanted to see aren't happening:

Calgary v. Jets (two Canadian small market teams would have been absolutely brilliant)
NY v. NY (wanted one more Nassau Coliseum series and does it ever get any better than NY v NY?)

And lastly, sad to say, a Blues-Blackhawks series would have maybe been the best series of them all - sadly to sound turncoatish on my Wild.

So...I'm just not that intrigued by most of these matchups and to top it off I'm working a second/third shift now which means, literally, all of the first four Chi-MN games I'm going to be working. That fuckin sucks.

Anyway, I'm saying Wild in 6 - Dubnyk, Parise and Suter will propel us forward.

Less than a period into the Lightning-Canadiens series and I am already sickened by "Les Habs." I despise that organization and its players.

Nooooooo. It's more like urwrong. No way do the Blues do anything with Vladi other than sign him to a very lucrative long-term contract. Doug Armstrong more or less said so in the post-season press conference that is available for viewing on the Blues' post-mortem website.

Ha! Habs lose at home and, once again, to the Lightning. Wild shook the jitters, it seems.

I wonder how the great Canadiens of the past feel about this current squad. For a franchise with such a storied history, it must be tough to watch this year's team have an M.O. that includes cheap shots after the whistle and hope the retaliation hit results in a power play.

P.S. Fuck Subban.

Subban is the type of player you hate if he plays for the competition but love if he plays for you. I'd take him on my team any day.

Looks like the Habs got their karma leveled pretty seriously tonight. We'll see how they respond in game #3.

PLEASE don't tell me that after the way you guys played against us that you're going down against Chicago without so much as a whimper, Scott.

Subban is an amzing player, but I hate the way he and the team play after the whistle. Always a shot after the whistle, a push, a hit, trying to generate a retaliation penalty. Vancouver plays the same way. Can't stand it.

That may be the way you see it, but at least they don't dive every time they're touched like the Lightning do (and the Canucks). I have more respect for scrumming after the whistle than I do for diving. Besides, Callahan has been cheap-shotting P.K. all series long and it's obvious that that's been his gameplan. Brian Boyle was out there head-hunting all game long tonight. Coburn going down like he got shot when Prust barely touches the back of his head. Bishop going down like Plekanec chopped his foot off when he barely touched him with his stick as he was skating by. Shameful. And shameful refereeing for calling penalties on both. The Canadiens haven't been pulling that malarkey. Try to be objective; you're obviously seeing it the way you choose to.

Fine, I will be objective. It is 3-1 Lightning and it will be yet another year before a Canadian team wins the Cup. Hell, the Carolina Hurricanes have won it more recently than Canadian team.

You are coming onto a forum on a sex site and judging maturity? Let me guess, your shit doesn't stink either.

16 seconds in and Tyler Johnson goes flying like he got shot... nothing new from these clowns... at least the referees wised up a bit and called him for embellishment. Such a disgrace.

Bishop dives twice in the matter of a couple of minutes... and draws a penalty against Desharnais... what a cowardly gameplan

Wow... Stamkos pulls a David Steckel on Emelin and NO CALL. He could've been ejected for that. And moments earlier Weise was high-sticked and OBVIOUSLY bleeding and they only call 2 minutes... what a joke
