What was so bad about it?
I was alright with that plan. The only beef was how the top teams in each division would have been broken down in the post season.
1stly, I never really got a sufficient explanation of it, so if my reasons are incorrect, please forgive me.
1, I dont like how you only play teams outside your division/conference/whatever twice. Im a bruins fan, and I wanna see the flyers/caps/rangers/devils/penguins more than twice.
2, if this arrangement is supposed to be better travel wise, then why the fuck are the lightning and panthers in the "Northeast" division? I understand they wanna have sid/ovie and pens/flyers and rangers/devils, but seriously that makes no sense. Put the rangers and devils in the northeast.
3, why couldn't they just put the preds in the southeast and move the wild into the central? seems like it would have been a lot freaking simpler.

I dunno what to think, I am biased about the Red Wings finally moving to the EAST where they belong, Columbus being a recent expansion team has no right superseding the Red Wings to appease the rest of the greedy league and there own profit margin or loss according to what division/conference the Detroit Red Wings play in, that and Bettman certainly dropped the ball allowing the Atlanta Thrashers to move to Winnipeg without setting up room in the Western Conference before making the proper adjustments too accommodate such a crass decision without thinking of the consequences, the fact that they are in the Southeastern Division is a joke in itself!! Bettman and the board of governors really fucked that up!! now they may have to play in the same predicament / condition next year as well, very poorly thought out!!! Bettman should lose his job over this, its uncalled for, and irresponsible!! its a complete fuckin joke!! Winnipeg in the SE division.. :wtf: where was the logical and more sensible resolution? 
Wild, Columbus, Detroit, Chicago and Winnipeg FTW. Actually, toss St. Louis in there instead of, or in addition to, the Columbus Blue Wackits. Or just bring back the fucking Norris Division altogether. :clap:

It was a ****** effort by the Flamers. Are you expecting to witness history tonight for Iginla? Late game for us here but I wouldn't mind seeing him finally hit the mark.
Iginla just got 500 against the Wild. Pretty shitty garbage goal as well. Good for him though. Number 18 to get to that plateau? Or was it 28? Either way an elite club.
I give the middle finger of January to the Canucks for beating the Bruins, but for being the biggest bunch of pussies to lace up skates, 5-1 to go after Thornton, Lucic sticks up for his teamate and leaves the bench and gets tossed out of the game. Then Marchand is ejected for upending Salo on his ass. Oh the best was when Weise pussyed out of fight against Thornton, oh and Luongo too much of a chicken **** to start and they opted for Schneider to tend net. I say fuck the Canucks, fuck the Sedins, fuck LaPierre, fuck Salo...They suck the sweat off a deadmans balls. When I was younger I had respect for Vancouver, guys like Kirk McLean, Pavel Bure, and Trevor Linden were some of my favorite players, **** Cam Neely started with Vancouver. But seriously Vancouver has rocketed to the top of NHL teams I ****, even replacing Montreal.

1. It was the coach's decision to play Schnieder. Luongo wanted to play this game but it was Schnieder's hometown.
