Ace Bandage

The one and only.
As of today, 12/5/10....Ben Roethlisberger>Peyton Manning!
Thats right, I said it A-Ryzzle!! :D

If the criteria involved deals with sexually assaulting young women, you are correct.

I think the Colts championship window is closing. They are getting very old and I would call them the football version of the Atlanta Braves, alot of playoff wins but only one championship. Polian has alot of decisions to make this offseason.

Loved that Steelers game baby! A guy breaks Ben's nose....no penalty! Heath Miller is taken out.....no penalty (the head of officiating said it should have been called)! The refs try to job the Steelers......but they still grind out a hard fought victory! Hell of a game.....couldn't steal that one from the Steelers! Instead of all the fines that stick on James Harrison, they should start giving fines out to the refs for missing blatant calls. I bet they would have missed the calls if Harrison had done any of those things. Of course we will get the fines tomorrow or Tuesday after the fact! The league just keeps showing what a BS league it is when it comes to enforcing the rules!

Agreed!
:glugglug:

"nearly"?? The Pats under Brady missed the playoffs once since he became the starter in '01. That was in '02 when they finished tied with the 'Fins for the best record in the division but lost the tie breaker to them. That's not 'nearly' to you A/R??

But I'm sure ol' Tom will just settle for being the guy who led the Pats to a ring as a first year starter, being at the time the youngest QB to ever win a SB, 3 SB wins in 4 years (I can't even count how many AFC Champ games and SBs he's actually played in...he should just change his address to AFC Champ game or SB) and a perfect regular season among other things.

I mean..just think if southern boy Peyton had to try and win in the frozen conditions of New England instead of the comfy confines of a Dome?:1orglaugh

What happened to Miller wasn't good, but as for Ben he's the one person in the league that I have a feeling a lot of people have no sympathy for almost anything bad that might happen to him short of death or being permanently crippled and even the latter might be debatable with some people.

To play devils advocate, even if I don't fell this way, a lot of people out there also don't have to much sympathy for bad calls that come the Steelers way after the Superbowl they played against Seattle where many people think multiple bad calls probably changed the outcome of the game in the Steelers favor.

Now that I think about it the Steelers have gotten more critical calls going there way than not against the Ravens. The one that comes to mind the most is the one a few years ago where the call on the field was ruled where the guy didn't break the plane to get into the end zone when Ed Reed stopped him but for some reason the ref INEXPLICABLY was the only one on the face of the planet that saw irrefutable visual evidence to overturn the call.

I have to say from what's happened throughout the Steelers decades long existence they have to go a long way in getting bad calls or non calls against them before they come close to breaking even karma wise.

I'm the kind of guy that just wants the right call made every time, but I can see why a lot of people don't have any sympathy for the Steelers.

It's been a good week.

Chiefs (8 - 4); Packers (8 - 4); Steelers (9 - 3); Patriots (*on their way to 10 - 2); that's 4 of my 5 favorite teams, minus the 49ers, gunning for the playoffs. Sam Bradford is hunting for the playoffs in his first season. With Martz long gone, I can now follow the Rams once more and have been all year. Chargers got manhandled by the Raiders and the Bears are looking strong. My two favorite rivalries have HUGE games coming up possibly...

What was up with the Buccaneers decision to battle for top spot in their long known loser jerseys?!? What a bone-headed decision.

Man, Tom Brady is god as far as I'm concerned but dude is drier than a winter cold booger when giving an interview!

Wow, thanks for making this game live up to its expectations, Jets. Got all excited to watch a game between 2 games I don't give a shit about, which I rarely do. And y'all perform like that. Fuck you, Jets.

And with Peyton Manning and Drew Brees tossing INTs like its going outta style, Tom Brady, as of right now, is the best QB in the league. At the moment.

Precisely.

I was watching the Jets-Pats game to do some scouting since my Bears play both teams in the coming weeks. The Bears are going to have their hands full with the Pats next week but I believe they can beat the Jets by getting to Sanchez with that stellar Bear defense.

Pats winning with guys named Woodhead, Welker and Green-Ellis....

Brady and Belichick:bowdown::bowdown::bowdown:

At least Da Bears have a QB who looks like he's played in a game where the thermometer read lower than 72 degrees.

Were you saying the same thing when Peyton was winning last year with guys names Collie, Brown and Garcon?

Sanchez is a southern Cal boy. Hell, 50 degrees is probably freezing for him.
