Need ID on older brunette.

This has been driving me crazy for a while now. I've got this vid from PronAccess that's just a scene not the whole movie. It's some hospitol and this brunette nurse gets nailed at her desk by a doctor. She has an accent and based on the cheesy dialog I'd guess it's from the 90s. Found this pic in an old collection on her but younger. Any guesses?

I've got the right thread this tiime so I hope I've got better luck. Sorry about that, as it says...I am a newbie.

I think this pick is old, maybe from the 90s? Any guesses?

Yep, that's her. She hasn't aged all that well but that's her. Thanks.
