Ben Wallace back to Detroit on a 1 year deal.:dunno:

This line-up makes no sense. You have 2 C/F, 2 Forwards, and I guess Kobe being the only guard playing the point? I mean, I guess it could work, but I don't understand why Phil would put all his big men in the starting line-up. I'm pretty sure Bynum will coming off the bench and either Fisher or Farmar will be starting.

I think the Lakers would use this lineup against the Celtics. I'm sure the Celtics would rather have Rey Rey starting and Rasheed coming off the bench. If the Lakers do start DFish or Farmar than Rey Rey starts.

Now that the Lakers have locked up Lamar Odom, they have the 2010 Championship in the bag. Nobody will come close to them. Only injuries can derail the repeat.

Miami is totally fucked too. Bah-Bye DWade.

you know what i mean smartbutt . so you ready for lebron to fall short of the title get tired of cavs and move to new york next year ?

Ohhhhhhh shit. Go Bear! You can do it. It's your birthday!! Go Bear!!!

Shaq - "I'm here to bring a ring to the King" lol. Cleveland won't make it out of the semi finals this year and Lebron will drop them faster than 3rd period french. Can't wait to see 23Lebron23 rooting for another team next year.

Clippers could be another destination if Lebron doesn't like New York. They will have the cap space, it is a huge TV market for endorsements, plus they already have a decent team. Add Lebron to Davis, Griffin, Gordon, Kaman, Thornton and you have a dynasty in L.A not named the Lakers.

You know your career is over when you are playing behind Kwame Brown.

Did anyone watch MJ's HOF induction speech yesterday? I missed it. But, according to this writeup...MJ went into "petty bitch" mode and really (might have) gave one of the worst speeches ever. I guess he took shots at people and came off sounding like a petty asshole?:dunno:

Is this a case of the former star having trouble dealing with "faded Fame"?

Petty Jordan

I saw highlights of it, but they must have just showed the "nice" stuff. I didn't know he was such a dick.

I guess he can be though. He's MJ.

I knew there was a reason I was not a Jordan fan but enough about that I know you guys have heard the news that AI will be joining Memphis on a one year deal so do you guys think it will work out:dunno:

^
No, that's a bad signing. I think Iverson might be traded to a contender. Not a bad signing at all for the Grizzles...they get a player who might play for a trade, they get him on the cheap, and maybe they get a player or a draft pick down the road....

It's stunting Mayo's growth. When you're trying to build through the draft, signing a guy like A.I is the worst idea ever.

He won't get traded to a contender. Any contender could have had him without giving up a 1st round pick.

Memphis should fold.

They might get a second round pick for AI....

AI said in a local radio interview he came because he wanted to win a champion and he thinks Memphis has the talent to do it.He also said he does not mind coming off the bench.

Memphis definitely isn't winning a championship. Iverson must have taken his helmet off during that interview. They do have a lot of young talent though. Kind of a Portland 2.0.

Yeah I agree with you there give them a fwe years together and they could be a 45-50 win team if they can work together:hatsoff:

wow... really? I didn't get to see it, saw some of the highlights, but couldn't hear anything because of loud music. It looked like everyone was having a good time, but like I said, those were just the highlights.

Rasheed is already running his mouth. In an interview a couple days ago he said he thinks this Celtics team can win 72 games this year.

HA.
