Ok. I had a feeling that he never made his tests regularly. Also the fact that he hid what he has, showed who he really is. Transmitting your sexual partners the syphilis knowing that you have it and without preventing them of the danger they risk , is like stabbing them in the back, and I think the damage is already done. Tony Tedeshi some years ago was also suspected to be the source of transmission of std to some pornstars.
Wrong and this is not the reason. There are people who you trust naturally and others you don't because you don't feel them or because in your head there is something that tells you that it isn't gonna work because of their behaviour or irresponsibility. Someone who is in the biz and who respects his/her partner would test himself/herself every week and wouldn't fuck someone outside the industry without a condom. Fucking someone outside the industry without a condom is a huge risk of getting a std and transmitting it to other partners.

What could be done is that the other performer he infected could charge him and ask him compensation 'cause they aren't be able to work (and get paid) before they are cured.
