A broken leg is treatable as is a cut lip, or a black eye, but if Mr Marcus was to walk up to a woman and do that to her, there would be no debate - he would be spending some quality time in jail. At least with that sort of injury, it cannot be unknowing passed on, but when you infect someone with a sexually transmitted disease, and that person has no idea about it, anybody they have sex with can be infected as well.

Here in Germany, prostitution is legal, and the ladies have to show up every week at the health office (Where everybody can let himself get tested o any kind of stds etc for free) and get a full test. If they don't, they are not allowed to work in their job.

I don't understand why race is ever brought into the discussion regarding Mr. Marcus. It comes up on both the boards I am a member of. He isn't exactly the poster boy for the plight of the black performer in the porn industry.

The guy is/was one of the most well known, recognizable, and respected male performers in the industry.

Also, I was in Miami set to shoot and once I arrived, they had to change my shoot to one day of solo instead of 3 days. So there was $ lost right there, on my end and the companies end b/c when everything clears up, they now have to pay to fly me in again and for my hotel. However, better safe than sorry!
