To be fair at most of the people that don't like the results and to FreeOnes. (and I'm just trying to state something and not bitching) I don't think even most of the people with a problem with the contest thought it was "rigged". I don't think FreeOnes fudged the numbers or anything. I don't think Roald and Petra are in some secret underground base somewhere plotting who will win what. I think to be more accurate most of those people are more thinking that the actual structure of the contest itself is very flawed and lead to results that don't make sense to them or to results that aren't fair or that lead to too much manipulation by the OCSM themselves that can direct more internet traffic.

I doubt that FreeOnes has rigged the thing though and there is a difference between those two concepts.

Unfortunately one of the problems with democracy is that people tend to bitch if their candidate doesn't win. :tongue:

So where does the fact that I didn't actually have a particular "candidate" come in? I'm trying to look at it from an un-biased point of view.

A good level headed post. I doubt Freeones had anything to do with any "rigging" either. If I were a betting man, I'd put money on one lonely Sophie Dee fan sitting at home all day spam voting over and over again... It is very possible.
