It's all good, PAX... I realize it wasn't meant as an insult and I'm not offended in anyway. To be perfectly honest, I have noticed a difference over the years (especially since I have been modeling and been in front of the camera forever) that the word *still hot* is more commonly used. It's just the nature of the biz... Let's face it, I'm not a spring chicken anymore! lol

As for my exercise... I work out six days a week, three days of muscle training (I use free weights), and three days of cardio.

I just don't think 12 days of Vanilla is enough! Screw it - It's my birthday month! lol
