The judge actually went above and beyond the prosecution's recommendations, but don't forget he still is facing state charges (which is not double jeopardy) which can leave him in prison for five years.
I don't think it was **** maybe the humane society said they thought the sentence was appropriate I heard.And on the state charges even if prosecuted that way unless he was treated differently than most people the sentences would run con-currently meaning no new extra time.The real bad part for him in that deal would be he might serve his time in a state prison as opposed to a federal one.
I hope he becomes someone's girlfriend.
It is true the sentence would be concurrent, but my point was if the state sentence is longer then he better grab a Snickers bar because he won't be going anywhere for awhile.
if only they will be even harsher with oj. compared to oj michael vick is a saint. if oj gets no time for his latest crime, michael vick should be released immediately and given appology.

Ok, so I've been letting this stew for a couple of hours and something isn't sitting right with me.
Michael Vick, a man convicted of ******* dogs, is spending 23 months in prison for what he did. At the same time, there are people who are getting away with ****** (pun intended) and spending 6 or 8 months in prison for ******* another human being. There are people being convicted of vehicular manslaughter while driving under the influence that are spending less time in prison than Michael Vick. There are rapists and ***** molesters that are sitting back and laughing at their minimal prison sentences.
Not to mention, Michael Vick can still get more time added to his sentence. Since when does the life of a fucking dog outweigh the life of a human? I like dogs, but...
