Men's Razors

I was in my room shaving my face earlier. I took off the head of the razor to clean it out, and all of the metal pieces fell out and now I can't fix it. So I am going to Wal-Mart later to find a new razor. I won't use regular manual hand powered razors either because I am accident prone and will most likely cut myself badly.

I was just curious as to what brand of razor you guys use. Any recommendations? I want something long lasting, one that shaves cleanly, and is durable (meaning it won't fall apart very easily). How long should an electric razor last me? I don't want something too expensive either. The one I just had lasted 4 years. I remember exactly when I got it because it was when the Red Sox beat the Cardinals 4 years ago in theWorld Series.

Norelco will last indefinately, but you have to change the heads every few years as well as the batteries. They are good but expensive. I just went back to a disposable type with blade actually.

I can't stand electric razors, as they irritate the crap out of my skin, so I've used Gillette Mach 3 for a long, long while now and I don't ever want them to stop making it. Seriously, it's the best razor I've ever used.

Mach 3. Yes, yes, im a whore to the Gillette corporation like the rest.

Although I havent had a shave in about 3 weeks :dunno: got some fuzz going.........YEAH!..........you like thats :nanner:

What a coincidence! :) I use Mach 3 too. Mach 3 plus reverse shave is the best. Electric razors are good but too noisy. I will move to Gillette Fusion when my Mach 3 runs out of heads.

C'mon, Dean,

Don't be a baby ! It's not like your using a "barbers edge" or anything.

Just go at it after a shower or swim with a tri razor and creme, when your beard is softened . . . and don't torque the thing too hard . . . let the blades do the cutting.

I NEVER cut myself.. :glugglug:

get an electric razor, they are the only kind to use

I know. I discovered that the new heads cost about as much as the razor itself, so I just went ahead and got a new razor.
