Man in Lebron Miami Heat Jersey Kicked Out of Cleveland Indians Game

I thought they escorted him out for his safety??

They did.

Him wearing that shirt in Cleveland right now...they should of let him get what was coming to him...the shallow end of the gene pool needs cleaned!!! :2 cents:

Hey if he was at an Oakland Raiders game he would have been stabbed, and believe me there is a Youtube clip of a Raiders fan stabbing an opossing fan.

So you guys are just agreeing with it? Next time you wear one of your jerseys I'm going to come up with a reason why you shouldn't be allowed to.

I can hear them spitting on the rebels. Fucking unamericans. Talking about how they love freedom and shit like this happens. That's a joke we don't live in a free country if this is happening.

People need to grow the fuck up as well. It's a fucking athlete not some god.

frankly who cares. lebron never paid my bills. so why would cleveland people get to involved? americans care too fucking much about celebrities and athletes. these motherfuckers would never pay your bills. i mean i love my houston teams but in the long run they can suck a dick. its clevelands fault for getting emotionally involved like some girls. jesus christ people, america has really gone down the shitter. im glad my son idolizes enstein, rather than roy oswalt or andre johnson or yao fucking ming. fucking ridiculous.

Not a good idea showing up at a place with 10s of thousands of people, likely intoxicated or trying their level best to get there and pouring salt in their fresh wound.

He's fortunate. With the misery index in a place like Cleveland as high as any place in the US...I would have put my money on a fireman in a burning house with a paper suit on lasting longer than he would have at that game.

But then again, the "asshole" was from Florida....the only place where people are dumb enough get into an accident shaving their snatches while letting their ex husbands hold the wheel on the way to meet their boyfriends. Oh, while driving on a license suspended the previous day. (Yeah, whatever you're thinking I said the same thing too.)

I can't believe this, but I agree 100%.

Sure, he was being provocative by wearing the jersey, but some people think HE'S the asshole? Not the pack mentality fuckheads who were throwing shit at him and applauding his eviction from something he paid money for...because he was wearing something that ultimately doesn't affect anybody.

God was a sad state of affairs. Fuck a Lebron jersey, it's a shame he wasn't wearing a vest full of Mustard Gas.

To think, I was actually feeling sorry for the Cleveland sports fans. After hearing this I'm glad LeBron James left. They deserve to wallow in the misery of all their pathetic sports franchises.

If it was just one or two people in a little room and someone came in wearing the Lebron jersey, it likely wouldn't have been an issue, except maybe a half-sarcastic grumble about it.
But what we had there was mob mentality. The whole 'herd instinct' thing. Collective fear stimulates herd instinct, and tends to produce ferocity toward those who are not regarded as members of the herd, hence that fan.
I said 'fear'. They pretty much know they are screwed out of big wins in the near future without their star player who turned his back on them.
Add alcohol consumption onto it, and you get what we had there.
Rationality had little part. The more people there are, the less brain people use.
Oh, and there's no such thing as 100% freedom. Considering that those people also had the freedom to give their opinion, as low-brow as they were.
BUT, they did not have the freedom to throw things or make death threats.

I agree, it's just an athelete, not a god. People take sports wayyy to seriously. I've felt that way since I was a kid.
...Then again, I was never a very good athelete...

Sorry. I just doesn't bother me as much when a jackass does something stupid and consequences flow. Did he have the right to go there with the attire of his choosing. In most cases, yes.

We have the right to do allot of things that are dumb, dangerous, ill-advised, etc. Just ask Nick Berg's headless corpse.

I don't condone knocking someone's lights out over something like this but if something bad happened to him it would be his fault.

In this case it would be less about some dumb jersey and some goofy athlete going to play somewhere of his choosing.

It would be more about some jackass deliberately egging on people in a place where there is likely going to be drinking and someone belligerent enough to take his indirect prodding personal.

For example, the bar full of bikers are probably going to go to jail for attempted murder...but while you're laying in traction at some hospital intensive care ward...the first question you should ask yourself is why you wore the, "I Hate Stinking Bikers" in a bar full of drinking bikers.
