Time will tell. I voted for Sanders in the primary and I intend to vote for Gary Johnson in the general election. Most disaffected Sanders enthusiasts with whom I speak find nothing attractive about either major party candidate for the most part. I'm sure some will vote for Trump (he claimed 22% would in a speech last night....how he knows that is a mystery but could be fairly accurate) and I am sure some will vote for Clinton. I don't see either candidate getting a major boost from Sanders' refugees. A choice between Trump and Hillary is like a choice between arsenic and cyanide.

Despite the FBI investigation's conclusions, the state department is reopening the investigation into her emails. If this keeps dragging on (and apparently, it will), I think she should withdraw from accepting the democratic nomination and allow an open convention to pick who goes up against Trump in November. And so much for the "rigged" system....the highest state department appointees are all democrats. Maybe they are just going through the motions to make it look good?

It's becoming easier for me to justify my predisposition to vote for Gary Johnson this November. The nominees for both major parties would be laughable if it weren't so tragic. On one hand we've got a classic corrupt politician whose judgment is anything but trustworthy and a bigoted ideologue who refuses to accept advice from anyone but himself. Oh boy, things are really looking bright for the future!

Join the club. That's who I'm voting for. He's going to be on the ballot in all 50 states and if he reaches 15% in the national polls he'll be eligible to be in the debates

I'm leaning Libertarian at the moment. I have a bit more to learn, so my leaning is more away from the two parties without credibility than towards at the moment

I'll be voting for Stein or Johnson depending on whoever is closest to an important threshold, but in my state it won't matter at all anyway. I have fortunately had the pleasure of convincing friends in Ohio to do the same and in turn their friends, though.

Really doubt that too. Rabid Hillary supporters in 2008 were all up in arms when Obama got the nomination, but by election day they'd mostly lined up behind him.

I have good natured exchanges with a couple of young Bernie Bro lawyers every few days. I ask them when they are getting on board with Hillary they swear they never will. Anecdotal, sure, but the idealistic millennials seem to despise her.

Not a good comparison. In 2008 Clinton's support was with Democrat estabs. Estabs generally fall in line when push comes to shove. Bernie's support is anti-establishment. I have good natured exchanges with a couple of young Bernie Bro lawyers every few days. I ask them when they are getting on board with Hillary they swear they never will. Anecdotal, sure, but the idealistic millennials seem to despise her.

Anecdotal as well, but the millennials I know, while they may be anything but enthused about Hillary, genuinely despise Trump.

And while polls can be unreliable, every poll of millennials I've seen indicates the same.

Maybe we can agree on one thing. I don't trust polling data this year. I don't trust it if it says Trump is winning, or if Hillary is winning. The dynamic is just strange this cycle. Even Nate Silver has been wrong a bunch of times lately. We will not know who the next President is until about midnight EST November 9th.
