I had a pvt on streamate with Lupe today, it was clearly live and she was typing back and forth with me. Here is part of our convo that i cut. According to her she was never arrested.

This news was not circulated by just freeones.. Also Howard 100 News reported this a while ago since she would always come on the Howard Stern Show so it had to come from somewhere and maybe it was just solved but she didn't really want to talk about it? Kinda weird how her and Evan Seinfeld just disappeared completely and havent been on twitter in months.. Something is or was going on.

It's said Interpol (international police) has issued a red notice for Lupe Fuentes - this asks individual nations to place a person in custody with the goal of extraditing them to another nation where they're charged with a crime.

It's being reported that Colombia has charged Lupe with forgery and child pornography and that Interpol's notice is based off this. There's no record of a red notice for Lupe at Interpol's website, so who knows if this is true or not. But unless something's changed in the last week or so, she's laying low in LA - but not under arrest.
