There's been a few that have gotten a rise out of me. If I were to list all the films that have included an actress who has turned me on or a brief sexy scene, I'd be here all day. But here are a few that I keep coming back to (in no particular order):

* Pandora's Box. Louise Brooks was so hot in that film, even though she remains fully clothed throughout she's quite bone-inspiring.
* The Real Cancun. The film was lousy, but there's a scene near the end where hidden cameras show a couple having actual sex on a recliner chair that's really hot. I'd love to see the uncensored version of that.
* Betty Blue: The opening sex scene with Beatrice Dalle which remains one of the most realistic sex scenes ever, surpassed only by:
* Wild Orchid: the sex scene between Carre Otis and Mickey Rourke has long been debated as to whether it was real or not. Having seen many real examples of intercourse in porn films and euro-mainstream, and also being familiar with certain photographic masking techniques, I remain convinced that at least some of the footage of her riding him was actual sex. That or he was getting one hell of a lapdance.
* Shannon Tweed's "Hungry Like the Wolf" sex scene in "Hot Dog", which was one of the first scenes of this nature I ever saw and I credit with my MILF fetish.
* Showgirls: Bobbie Phillips topless is the main reason why I keep a copy of this for a rainy day. Elizabeth Berkley's nude scenes and the lap dance she gives Kyle MacLachlan were hotter for me back in the day when I still remembered her vividly from Saved by the Bell. The impact of Showgirls was similar to what fans of Hilary Duff who got the hots for her on Disney channel might feel if she did a remake of Showgirls now.
* Diary of a Sex Addict: This is a very obscure film from a few years ago with a very hot scene in a kitchen between the sex addict of the title and a really cute short-haired redhead.
* Levottomat. Levotto-what? I've never seen a full version of this Scandinavian movie which is one of a series that is, apparently, some variation on Sex in the City. I downloaded a scene (via a celeb site) featuring a model named Niina Kurkinen getting nailed from behind by a guy and it features the most realistic depiction of an internal cumshot I've ever seen. (You see him tense up on an in-thrust as if to cum, then about a second later she grunts as if she felt it). I'd really love to see the rest of this scene, as the only clip I've found is basically the above described action and little else.
*The couch masturbation scene in Sex and Lucia.
*Rocco banging Caroline Ducey in "Romance X" - another one of those "did they or didn't they?" scenes. Since this is Rocco Siffredi we're talking about, who knows?
* Wild at Heart: topless, busty Charlie Spradling invites Nick Cage to "have a bite of peach". I was very pleasantly surprised to see the actress appearing as a lingerie-clad hooker in an episode of Twin Peaks, recently released to DVD.
* The sex scene with Ione Skye riding a guy in "The Rachel Papers". The DVD version of the film has a longer version of the scene.
* Rosanne Arquette riding Tom Cruise in a subway car in Risky Business.

I could go on all day. I haven't even gotten to my Sophia Loren films, Angelina Jolie in Hackers, Ali Larter complaining she didn't get to cum yet when she's interrupted having sex with Kevin Smith's wife in a deleted scene from Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back, Demi Moore's bathtub orgasm from About Last Night, Wendy Hamilton doing a guy in Ski School 2....
