You're not "just asking questions", you're making implications. It would be extremely easy for you to call the precinct closest to Comet Pizza and ask to speak to an investigator, tell the investigator your concerns and ask what's been done, if there's an active investigation, and if they plan to pursue further action. You would be well within your rights as a concerned citizen to call and ask. Have you done anything to voice your concerns and clear your conscience? Because if you haven't, and all it would take is a phone call and a few questions to law enforcement, then your silence equals consent and you are just as guilty as anyone that might have committed a crime. You have a duty, if you really believe this, to do something about it.

I would say watching Monday Night Football with my dad.
It would not violate my rights in any way.
They actually could even arrest me for the murder and lock me up without bail for months or even years.

This man put together a lot of connections in a short period. Even if powerful people aren't directly involved there is plenty of evidence that some very disturbing stuff happening here.
