Malkin: Don't let the children lead

they'd have to raise the voting age into the 30's to have any effect. we're in agreement i think that 18 is the sweet spot. speaking of sweet spots, I love my 18 year old porn. not sorry for that at all.

Whatever floats your boat...

By eighteen if they can have sex off camera then they can do it on camera.

You act as if the two are comparable? One is done (generally) in private. The other is recorded for pubic consumption for posterity.

People have to take responsibility for themselves. Anyone shooting video should be required to tell them everything before hand; consequences and so forth.

Oh right like porn producers are going to have sincere heart to hearts with teenagers they can make big bank off of

It would be mandatory for this to happen before they sign a contract.

True
But I think this generation's teens are well aware that there's a thing called the internet that's gonna keep a track record of everything you do and that anything could (and will) come back at your face each time it can cause you harm.

I wouldn't be so quick on that. True that kids today are smarter than we were at their ages. Then again, this generation's teens don't know what life was like without the interweb. They were born with iPhones in their hands. Hell, today's adults don't think about the repercussions of posting personal information. The whole world wants to be liked on Facebook and followed on Twitter.

Resumes that I posted onto job engines a decade ago are still generating calls to my phone 2-3 times a week. My addresses can be traced back to 1990. Companies that you work for or want to work for search social media. I think we are too deep for anyone to have anonymity anymore.

1) Who would make it mandatory?
2) What would the specific content of such a disclaimer be? Please pretend you're a porn producer and let us hear your pitch.

It would be a contract so a lawyer. Also, the state the producer is in would be held liable for reporting the contracts.

Girls already sign contracts. What would your contracts say that might protect barely legal teens from making potentially grievous life decisions?

Like I said before.

The producer would have to inform anyone they are working with about the implications of their actions.

Then it's the person's decision. Then they can't come aback and say they were not informed. No lawsuits nothing.

Ok. But...and I'm honestly not trying to berate you...maybe you can get me to rethink this....what would those implications be, if you were writing the contract.
Spell them out for me as if you're the producer and I'm an 18 year old girl reading or hearing them.
