But I think this generation's teens are well aware that there's a thing called the internet that's gonna keep a track record of everything you do and that anything could (and will) come back at your face each time it can cause you harm.
I wouldn't be so quick on that. True that kids today are smarter than we were at their ages. Then again, this generation's teens don't know what life was like without the interweb. They were born with iPhones in their hands. Hell, today's adults don't think about the repercussions of posting personal information. The whole world wants to be liked on Facebook and followed on Twitter.
Resumes that I posted onto job engines a decade ago are still generating calls to my phone 2-3 times a week. My addresses can be traced back to 1990. Companies that you work for or want to work for search social media. I think we are too deep for anyone to have anonymity anymore.
