Left4Dead 2

Im gonna put this as nicely as posible, but, What is your fucking problem?

Sorry Ma'am or Sir, but I have a very strange sarcastic attitude and sense of humor. No offence intended to anyone,seriously.....they'll get over it.

I am an avid player of the left 4 dead games. I do like left 4 dead 2 better than the first, because it is a tad more difficult. With new infected, survivors will need to think of new strategies. The survivors will have a much harder time camping out in a corner like pussies with the new Spitter. I agree i dont like the characters as much, and the maps do seem quite short. And i do agree valve has fucked us over many times. But they do deserve a little respect. Coming out with great games is a godsend for gamers. But i do seem a little uneasy with all the bugs and whatnot. Although i am experiencing a little burnout from playing these games too much XD

I don't think this game is worth $50. It doesn't feel like I am getting anything new with it. It is just as fun as the first but considering the first game only just came out a year ago, this game feels like it could have simply been a patch upgrade. I only bought it cuz I found it for a good price but I would never pay $50 for it. I heard that Steam fucked up and put it on sale for $7 for about an hour.

I think Valve did come out with great games but now it feels like they don't care about being cutting edge like with Half-Life. TF2 and CS were not even their original ideas. They started out as mods to other games. If any game engine should be recognized, it is the Unreal engine, which IS continually updated. No doubt that they have made good games but definitely nothing recently that is groundbreaking.

Like most reviews say if you dont like the first one than you wont like this one but on that note if you did like the first one I would recommend this one to anyone who enjoys a good online FPS. Although considering it is still very similar to the first one You Might want to wait for a price drop or pick it up on sale like I did for $35

Tbh, IM pretty disappointed with Valve abandoning L4D 1 and so I ahvent bought 2. I will, when its on sale for 7 Euros.

The maps in L4d2 really suck compared to the ones in L4d i wish they would have just put 4 and worked on them more instead of just putting 5 sucky ones. It wasnt worth the 40 bucks that i paid for it.

I think "The Passing" is pretty similar to the first ones. Especially when you play as the zombies. You can climb up a lot more buildings which was my main complaint about the other maps in L4D2. On the next download, the should definitely put in the old maps with the new zombies, it'd be cool (very wishful thinking, I know).

I was very heavily into L4D. One of my favorite games of all time.

I bought L4D2, played it a few times and then forgot about it ...

:dunno:

one of the difinitive zombie games (as well as l4d1) along side of dead rising and nazi zombies in cod

I will agree with what you are saying here, but I will also say that Resident Evil is the best if not THE best zombie game out there. That is my opinion though.

The Left 4 Dead series was my second favorite series for the XBOX 360, and overall it is the game I miss the most not being able to play after my XBOX 360 lens wore out.

The very first time I ever played Left 4 Dead was 4 player co-op, I was Louis, and that was very intense. I also got many of the achievements my first time playing as well. We never ended up beating No Mercy that night, but the next day, all of us played it again and beat that board.

I have beaten all the boards in the first one along with the DLC content Crash Course. I have also beaten all of the boards in the second one and The Passing DLC. I have not beaten either game on Expert though. I have beaten the games on Hard, but Expert is too much.

L4D2 is the only game I play, usually when my niece or nephew come over.
I have the PC version and there are still a lot of players online.
I never owned a console, mainly because PC's are better and I don't play games often.

I heard some rumors that L4D3 may be in the works for a 2019 release, but maybe it's fake news.
