She doesn't have an "illness". She's just got boobs that are still in a growth/development stage, along with the rest of her body, that's all.

If I'm not mistaken girls/females stop their growth/development stage by the time they are 16-18...18-21 for males/men i may be wrong, please correct me if i am.
