Have you ever seen someone with a good breast reduction? Sure, you can point out when an obese women with her tits going down to her feet gets a reduction it could be viewed as an improvement to what she had before, but I'm talking about a normal sized women with large breast getting a reduction, you will be hard pressed to find a good breast reduction in the lot. I hope that Amy looks better because I'm a fan of hers, but I greatly doubt she will look better than she does now.

I actually have seen a few breast reductions that came out great on a normal sized woman. Granted they didn't have implants, but still.
