I must admit that Jayna James/Amy Juggs is one beautiful woman! I actually like the nasty side of Jayna/Amy, she was awesome performer. The newer Amy persona is basically just away to increase her escort price. My guess is it will hard to find any new video in the future of Amy. Happens a lot in the porn biz and mainstream biz too. Perhaps saying she is addicted to plastic surgery would be untrue but certainly getting frequent surgeries to change her appearance is something she is willing to do repeatedly. I do agree with you, she is is stunning but she has gone over board on the surgeries now. Its all a matter of opinion and ultimately her opinion is the one that determines how fake she is. I'll keep looking, but not as often as other girls.

I just don't think she has the same appeal anymore. Before she had a "professional amateur" look about her and her perfect ditzy blonde attitude. Now she just looks to manufactured...not the Jayna I remember.
