My thoughts on this year's contest, particularly the voting structure:

1. I like the fact users can only vote for a "Babe" once per day, regardless of how many categories she's in. I admit I was skeptical, but I think it works, and introduces some strategy into the competition.
2. I do not like the fact that Babes did not register themselves, but were entered by FO automatically through a hit or miss system. Actually, that may be a little strong. It's not that I don't like it, I just think having Babes register themselves in the categories they want is better, or at least never seemed to do any harm before.
3. I like that Board Members' votes are weighted vis-à-vis anonymous FO site users.
4. However, I don't think the weighting system is quite right. I would have liked to see another tier or two to distinguish members who are regular contributors with more than 500 posts, and less emphasis on members who have belonged for several years but who don't post often.
5. I am just about evenly split on the fact that there are no totals listed for each Babe. I recognize the need to withhold some information from would-be cheaters, but I'm really curious just what percentage of a Babe's total votes come from members as opposed to anons, for example. This kind of information would dispel any thoughts that there is cheating going on.
6. I do not care for voting on the Babes' Profile/Bio pages. I'd rather vote on the MFO site, and the plethora of issues related to users not seeing the voting blocks on various devices or in certain browsers is a little discouraging.
7. I like the security surrounding anonymous votes, but...
8. the captcha's don't work very well. At least they didn't when I tested things out during pre-voting phase. I would enter the exact code and there would be absolutely no way I was reading the text wrong, but the site wouldn't accept my entries. And since there was no way to generate a new captcha, I had to reload the page whenever this happened.
