I know what they're called. Unmanned fighters are on the horizon but are not here yet. The Secretary of the Navy declared the F-35 the last manned fighter the Navy will ever fly.

The distance between the RFID implant and a reader device varies and is surely being tweaked to become further. I'd say if a person or animal has such an impkant in an urban surrounding, finding that impkant is just a matter of time, short time.
