Dear Webmaster,
I have difficulty with internet bugs. Hence, voting multiple. As I result, the webmaster blocked my IP address from participating voting for Miss FreeOnes competition.
I have made efforts to PM the webmaster to identify the caused of the bugs. There after, I was informed that my IP address already unblocked. To this very day, my IP address (I'm puzzled that my IP address kept on changing all the time).
My question is how could the webmaster cannot resolve/unblock my IP address back to normal when the webmaster in the first place my IP address as a mistake due to internet bugs.
