******* in the real world...

Fox, I can't think of a single person who is not in jail or a mental institution that is less prude than you.

Dude, you're hanging out with the wrong crowd! lol

I don't think any credible stat can be formed with a sample size of 10, Fox.

Maybe you (Fox) should read Percy before you dismiss the book. Oh, I see, you simply "know." I think the point is a little more in depth then simple cave man argument...

I take no offense in being thought of or labeled a prude. If I could be guaranteed of doing the things you want to do or claim to have done before and come through them disease-free..I still would probably take a pass. But that's me.

Women certainly face pressure "in the world." In the bed, though, I'm not so sure. I'm not the authority figure here...but I seem to know the great "Bogeyman in the bedroom" known as the Fake O....:dunno:

Goddamn... What the fuck happened here.

No judgments people. Consenting adults, you know? This thread was because I needed some persepctive. I found it weird that 3 different girls I've been with wanted to be ******. So, obviously there's a reason I'm not with them any more. But, I'm perfectly willing to accept that that reflects on my personality and my own faults. Bottom line, I don't get *******; I no longer will *****. Dig? It's just ****** curious to me.

If Fox has a mature understanding of the ******* thing, feels he is responsible, and has found someone (apparently myriad someones) who enjoy it, then God speed.

Now, as far as being a prude or not, what Fox is saying makes great sense sitting here looking at my computer screen. But, it's pretty difficult to take the position you take while you're in bed with someone that is asking you for something you don't feel comfortable with.

And, seeing as how I asked the question in a public forum, no one is technically saying to you that your preference is offensive. I asked a fairly anonymous question to a fairly anonymous group of people who are all free to respond or not, eh? So, I hope you didn't jump on here in order to call me a prude.

But, in Fox's defense, I'm pretty certainly that people, regardless of gender, take whatever pressures the feel in the real world, along with all their baggage, and their mean streak, and their social status, personality, religion... you name it: All of it goes into the bedroom with them. Fox appears to be a sexual libertarian. People make choices; no choice is off limits if the partner is consenting and no third party gets hurt. All choices are open if the person acting is willing to accept the consequences. I really enjoy reading Fox's posts because I cannot myself live that freely. I'm far too inhibited personally. But it makes me very happy to get input from someone that apparently can.

Probably setting myself up for failure saying all that ****. Thanks to everyone for chiming in on this.

The g-spot causes amazing squirting orgasms,

In *some* women. Don't over generalize.

A lot of this is being driven by porn, if it isn't obvious. The increasing prevalence of ******* in porn leads some women to want to try it (or their BFs to try to get them to try it). Some like it, some don't.

The same is true for the rough sex, hardcore face fucking, spitting, slapping, etc. The first thing to come about as the result of porn (recently) was the facial. Now, a great many women either enjoy it or put up with it to satisfy a partner's fantasy. You'd never have seen this just 5 years ago. Now, it is becoming somewhat more "acceptable" to engage in this kind of play because people have seen it in porn and that makes it a bit more "acceptable" for experimentation.

I think this is, arguably, one of the positive impacts porn can have on society, though some would likely argue that slapping women, spitting in their faces, etc., is the diametric opposite of that. lol

The truth of the matter is, though, that, as Fox (and others) have said, so long as it is consensual on both sides of the sexual partnership, then anything you want to do is perfectly acceptable (assuming it is done safely). Period.

You're making the same mistake you accuse others of making.

Hey Fox. Thanks for the reply. Just an FYI:

If a woman is being controlled and beaten, if a man is being ******, etc, then that should be *******.

That's not libertarianism.

But if people are of sound mind (and most are) and willingly and eagerly participating in degrading or harmful acts, then, yay.

THAT is libertarianism.

I think Caitlain has a pretty good point about porn having an effect on our perspectives about pleasure. Matter of fact, I'm not sure any other position holds up to scrutiny: We see the pretty girl pleased with an act of ***********, we associate the degrading act with pleasure. We want to be more more like the guy with the shaved scrot and the ten inch cock spitting on the pretty girl. Well, the ten inch cock ain't coming any time soon. So, we just shave up and try to find a girl to spit on. Humans are a strange *****.

I'm not sure the squirting thing stands up to scrutiny either. Unfortunately, I have no access to a large enough pool of subjects to test out what your saying. 'twould be fun to try, though.

Also, no way on God's earth that you can convince me that I, in all my ugly maleness, could ever fake an orgasm.

Trust me...100% of the women I have had sex with have had squirting orgasms. By that fact, I will assume that 100% of women in the world can also have squirting orgasms too.

PS - I should probably mention that I have only had sex with one girl before.

Fox believes "That it is absolutely impossible to talk about "women this" and "men that", there are just so many variations between the genders" so of course he would never generalize.

As far as chocking I don't know about anybody else, but I think there is something a little wrong with somebody that finds pleasure in something that is normally used as a form of attacking or another person or making them go into submission. In fact I find being chocked quit unpleasant, as I like the ***** vessels going to my brain to be in full working order.

If that act is performed in an environment where the person being ****** feels safe and comfortable, they don't associate it with an "******." Even in the "**** fantasy" there is still an element of "safeness" to it, so if you believe that being ****** is playing to that, then we're still dealing with a "safe" form of play for those involved.

And I thought everyone knew that oxygen deprivation to the brain caused euphoria, which heightens orgasm intensity (among other things). There's really not much to it beyond that. Not unlike fucking while rolling on E.

You know...after reading all of these posts, I'm APPAULED that there is no "******* the chicken" jokes. Absolutely appauled. :nono:

Addressing the original question, I don't know why people like it but I can say why my ex girlfriend liked it. She specifically said she likes to be dominated sometimes in bed. We engaged in rather creative sex at times and ******* was a part of it on maybe three occasions. She liked if I put my hand around her neck and squeezed a little. Never to the point of cutting off her air suplpy, but just enough so have an effect of "you're under MY control". Remember those movies/shows where the woman would say "take me"? Women are naturally the sexually submissive sex (meaning they are generally the one being penetrated/taken...not implying any disadvantage for being female so don't take that out of context) and some of them go a little overboard on it to the point that they are almost a victim. Men do this too but my understanding is it isn't as much unless they are into the BDSM thing.

So anyways, yeah, I've done it. She liked it. And that's why she liked it. She wanted to know what it was like to be ravished and desired by someone who derived their own pleasure from her while she derived her pleasure from being in that situation. ***** issues perhaps? I doubt it, she's a bright girl with a good head on her shoulders and emotionally sound so I don't think that's it. From my experience with her and from knowing her, she is like me and sometimes you try something just to see what it's like. That's why we got along so well..and still do from time to time :lovecoupl . Man, do I have some stories to tell.

Fer chrissake, I found this thread because I was searching for "*******" because I was curious and wanted to see it again, so yeah...maybe that's why some people do it. "Don't knock it before you try it...just be sure to play nice with others"

Was that message coherent? I'm all over the place right now.
